The idea for the video grew from my own experiences having to go trough two surgeries because of a chronic medical condition. The notion of surgery, someone cutting open your body, is scary and strange. This short film tells the story in a format of a visual poem full of symbolism and clues, and room for interpretation. AI was used as part of the project to create a fitting piano piece for the soundtrack.
